The projected dividend for 2021 reached 152.4k was about 40% higher than 2020 due to the rebalancing of the portfolio from the US to Asia market.

Market observations - People are telling me that Cathy woods are their idol and friends around me newbies are investing in Options in US. Telling me Singapore market is dead.. Dumb money seems to be chasing for capital appreciation on the greater fools theory. I have continue to build up my dividend portfolio. The current monthly dividend is about 12.6k forecasted dividend at 152k for FY 2021.
Target to hit 160-180k level by the year 2022 thru dividend reinvestment and saving.
The intrinsic value of the portfolio will go up as cash flow is higher..
Portfolio return of 12.4% YTD.
Nothing great our portfolio did a 4.77% return for the month of jan of which the MSCI world index did a return 0f 0.21%. We would humbly accept this sort of return.

We ended the year with 71k lower on absolute return ( minus new capital poured in ).
Net worth increased due to the increase in other asset prices condo hdb and watches.
the projection for next year's dividend about 130-150k due to rebalancing into tech sectors which gives me zero dividend....
The main reason for the drag is due to a small allocation into the US market, while a bigger allocation into the HK, Singapore, and the UK market all three markets does not perform well this year.
However, we have done well if we consider our performance against the market that we are tracking against.
Let's see what we can do next year..

Net worth increase by 120k thru saving and capital appreciation on assets.
What is interesting is that going forward the dividend should hit 140-160k for 2021 and about 200k for 2022.
The portfolio I am managing is grossly undervalued based on the DDM method.
Let's see if we can end the year on a high note.

I think that the technology sector trend has ended. It reminds me of the China S chip bubbles in 2007 era.
difference between my all-time high record of 3.085 was about 140k however this was also due to dividend reinvested. and saving of 60k for this year.
Let's hope i can end this year with a slight profit to close of the covid year..

Overall we have lagged the market this year as our portfolio is more geared toward dividend yield stocks which are not very popular now. However, I think the intrinsic value of our portfolio should be in the range of 5-6M as our dividend per year has increased to 110-120k Projected in FY 2021.
