Market observations seen - Individuals were chasing the greater full theory. Most ppl buy stocks today in the hope of someone buying the stuff from them at an even higher rate which should not end well..
I am not smart enough to do all these as such I would just buy companies that do not have massive leverage and give me a good after the risk-reward return of dividend and capital appreciation.
