But it does not looks as impressive as it seems reason being last year we were down 8%
Assuming we start off with 1M by the end of 2018 we are left with 920K
so 920K *1.33 = 1.2236 annualise return for 2 years is only 10.62% for the period 2018-2019

Lesson learn - it is harder to climb back up when u are down for a year ...
We were very lucky last year.. Lets hoped that we can do average return of 14% per year as 10.62% we are actually underperforming on the hurdle we set which is at 14% return .

We have actually withdrawn 50k from our dividend to subsidy our lifestyle for last year and my wife has stopped working for 2 years and counting .. ..
